The normal flow of talent, for the optimization of enterprise talent structure, the transition of the management idea and so on, to a certain extent is good. But the flow of talent if too frequently, will affect the continuity and stability of the enterprise management, especially in the enterprise to master the core technology of technical backbone, or take a certain responsibility of technical personnel frequent flow, can not only for this kind of phenomenon on the surface of the analysis and processing, and carefully examine the mechanism of choose and employ persons of the enterprise, deeply analysis the real cause of brain drain, in a timely manner to develop a series of guard against the brain drain crisis management system.In YTH company technical personnel loss as the starting point of research, first of all, using the related theory of brain drain, and through the methods of questionnaire investigation and research, collected a large number of reliable first-hand data, and combining with relevant information on the corresponding data screening, treatment and processing, loss of YTH company technical personnel reason do the scientific analysis, and combined with the result of questionnaires and interviews to analyzes the reasons of the loss of technical talents. Secondly, in view of the YTH company loss reasons of technical personnel, combined with the company’s actual countermeasures are put forward. Mainly from strengthening talent training, improve the performance appraisal, to establish a special technical personnel salary system, formulate reasonable human resource planning, fully and effectively play the role of incentive, to set up the scientific recognition of incentive mechanism, establish an early warning system for the brain drain and so on seven aspects put forward the counter-measures. Finally, put forward the YTH company technical safeguards the countermeasures of brain drain. From the view of scientific talents concept, establish a perfect organization safeguard, strengthen propaganda and training, improve the information management of human resources, create healthy and harmonious corporate culture five aspects proposed the safeguard.In YTH technology talents loss problem as the research subject, completely find out the YTH company is the main cause of the loss of professional and technical personnel, and puts forward some practical and feasible countermeasure, to ensure the YTH company production of high quality, high efficiency, so as to realize the sustainable development of the company. This paper adopted the research methods, ideas and some conclusion, there are some reference value for other industry enterprises.
