Research On Development Of Rural Industry Based On Environmental Carrying Capacity

With the development of economy,rural economy has changed from a single agricultural economy to a diverse economy,which mixes agriculture,industry,business as a whole.It is the core of rural development to promote the progress of productive forces,because the rural industry has already gone beyond the scope of rural agriculture.The core of development is solution of the problem of industrial development,the rural planning method,which focuses on industrial development,reflects the guiding role of the planning.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical guiding significance to rural social development.The countryside mentioned in the paper refers to the rural areas,which is a general term for a class of village residents in agricultural economy.The rapid development of the economy has also exacerbated the conflict between economy and environment.To base on environmental carrying capacity,find an effective way to balanced environmental and industrial,and achieve sustainable economy and social development,has become the most important issue of economic and social development.Based on the environmental carrying capacity,the research contents in the paper is as following:(1)On the basis of reading the relevant literatures,it is summarized that there are three different types of villages,and the industrial types,industrial structures,industrial functions,industrial problems and development methods of various types of villages are analyzed subsequently.(2)Rural industry development contents,mainly including industrial classification and selection,industrial development mode choice,industrial spatial pattern exploration and industrial and environmental balanced development are specifically described,and industrial space model exploration and industrial and environmental balanced development are interpret in detail.(3)Based on the theoretical research,an example,located in Baiyangping Village of Bailian Township of Luotian County is introduced,which explores detailed process ofrural industry development,and industrial and environmental balanced development.
