Excellent corporate culture represents the bright future of the enterprise. To strengthen the construction of enterprise culture is helpful to the enterprise to realize the strategic transformation and to meet the needs of market development. Therefore, enterprises should proceed from the reality, combined with the characteristics of the IT industry, to create a distinctive corporate culture, accelerate the strategic transformation of enterprises to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. The research object of this paper to choose the industry features of SXJT Company’s corporate culture, cultural construction strategy of the implementation of the enterprise culture construction project reflects the characteristics of the IT industry to implement the design, so as to provide theoretical proof for the construction of enterprise culture in science and rich experience support.This paper takes the SXJT company as the research object, using the study methods of the literature research method, investigation method and so on SXJT corporate culture are described.
