| Huanghe Mingzhu(GROUP) Limited Company was established in1996，which Is thepredecessor of Sanmenxia Yellow River Conservancy Management Bureau. SanmenxiaYellow River Control Project is the first Water Control Project which is mainly in floodcontrol and electric power generation. Not only is the Yellow River downstream sides of thepeople has brought great benefits, but also for the San Xia, Xiaolangdi Dam water controlproject in many respects provided valuable experience.This thesis discussed the contents of enterprise culture which include connotation,system structure and the building of enterprise.On the basis of it, Combined with theenterprise culture construction current and analysis of the Huanghe Mingzhu (Group) Limitedcompany enterprise culture construction, Author stated the present situation of our countryelectric power enterprise in order to find the general and specific problems of enterpriseculture construction in current, attract company’s attention on enterprise culture construction,and give the way and plan to solve these problems and plan, and promote the development ofthe enterprise culture construction, finally, make enterprise culture truly provide service forthe enterprise development.On this basis, further thoughts on how to cultivate the corporate culture with theindustrial features system, establish the mode of the corporate culture construction that suiteto the new development of the enterprise target, train of thought and the strategies.
