Under the influence of "DazhiYunyun" technology,Internet technologies such as cloud computing and big data blend and infiltrate each other,cons tantly expand new development areas,bring technological innovation to hum an beings,and constantly shorten the gap between enterprises.The develop ment of information technology is entering a new stage,and banks are also constantly transitioning from "3.0 era" to "4.0 era".At present,with the ra pid development of society,the competition of banks has entered the stage of "white hot",banks are becoming more and more differentiated,and the d emand for talents is becoming more and more diversified.As the four majo r state-owned banks,the Bank of China is currently promoting the reform o f scientific and technological innovation,and actively developing the reform of scientific and technological finance and intelligent outlets.Under the back ground of this era,financial technology has put forward new challenges to t he intelligent reform of BOC outlets,the "upgrading" of tellers,and human resource management.The overall cadres and employees of Bank of China a branch are younger,with an average age of 31.23 years.Young employee s are the main strength of the bank at present and the talent reserve strengt h of all lines in the future.It is particularly necessary for the bank to stud y the incentive mechanism of young employees.In this paper,under the background of "DazhiYiyun" financial science and technology,taking Bank of China A branch and the young employees o f the institution as the main research object,we focus on the current situati on of the incentive mechanism of the young employees of the institution.B ased on the relevant incentive theory,I investigated and understood the actu al needs of young employees and the implementation status of the incentive mechanism through symposiums and questionnaires,and found the shortcom ings of the incentive mechanism in salary,performance,training,career pro motion channels and other aspects.Finally,combined with the current backg round of financial science and technology and the needs and characteristicsof young employees,this paper puts forward the optimization measures of i ncentive mechanism for the existing problems of this institution.
