B Geophysical Company's Technology Innovation Management Strategy Research

This paper targets on the technology innovation of geophysical service company. Since the geophysical service acquires for high technology, the effects on technology innovation decide the core competence of the company. Through analyzing the present situation, inside & outside circumstances of technology innovation in Geophysics Company B, the author puts forward corresponding improving suggestions on the main issue concerning with technology innovation management, such as investment to study and innovation of technology, HR management, incentive mechanism, system guarantee, enterprise culture and the others in order to improve the technology innovation capacity of the company.The article includes seven parts. Part one introduces the background and importance of the study, and describes the methods as well. Part two expounds the basic theory of technology innovation, and analyzes present situation of enterprise technology innovation both domestic and abroad. Viewing from petroleum and geophysics industry, part three analyzes the outside circumstance for technology innovation of Geophysics Company B. Part four analyzes the inside circumstance of Company B and objectively elaborates the present situation of technology innovation. Basing on the above four parts, part five analyzes technology requirements from Petroleum Company and the latest development of Geophysics Company. Employing SWOT, the author proposes three platforms and strategies for science and technology innovation; as to talents cultivation, the author sets up "Five Zi" and "science & technology master guiding" practice; as to talents inventive mechanism, the author presents "weighting coefficient" method to quantify performance evaluation.
