Research On The Performance Evaluation Of China's Photovoltaic Industry Supporting

With the increasingly severe global environmental situation,energy shortage and demand has become increasingly prominent,the development and utilization of new energy sources in China's industrial restructuring and economic restructuring an important part.China's new era of the planning framework has been clearly the new energy industry as one of the important development direction,marking its entry into a new period.Among them,because of its wide distribution of solar energy,the huge number of simple development and other reasons,with more than other new energy advantages.PV is a solar energy efficient way,but China's PV industry support policies have some problems,seriously hindering the improvement of PV market performance.This paper first reviewed the history of the PV from birth to present,the existing contradictions,and related support theory.The performance evaluation system of PV industry consists of three parts,the first part is the index part,which consists of growth rate,abandonment rate and so on.The second part is DEA input-output analysis.The input indicators are the number of workers,fixed assets,and cost of the selected enterprises.The output indicators are corporate profits.In this part,we selected 31 PV companies listed in China as samples,and then analyzed the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of our PV enterprises by using DEAP software,and discussed the development trend of China PV industry.The third part is a comprehensive judgments,to determine the PV industry order index.According to the DEA results and related data analysis,it is concluded that the overall performance of China's PV industry is obviously low,the profitability is poor and the production efficiency is low.And then use the mathematical analysis,case analysis and other methods to analyze the low performance of China's PV industry and support the logic of the relationship between the policy to explore the support of the photovoltaic industry the need for,and how to support and other issues,Industrial support policiesshould be from the photovoltaic industry,the whole point of view of the industrial chain perspective.After the case analysis method,analysis of the foreign photovoltaic industry in developed countries,the corresponding support policies.Finally,the optimization model of PV is provided.First,China's PV support policy should focus on photovoltaic downstream of the photovoltaic power generation that the Internet,to promote its effective progress.Second,we should increase the power storage-the battery industry support,because the industry requires high capital technology and low profit margins,if there is no government-level support policies,few companies will enter the field,and the battery Can greatly improve the instability of photovoltaic power generation,and thus provide a strong impetus for the progress of China's PV.Third,we should learn from Western developed countries in promoting their own new energy industry applications made by such as full mobilization of civil participation in the enthusiasm of the PV field of private capital to support the entry.
