Coordinating man-land relationship, exploring the balance point between human development and environment practically, following the depth of sustainable development steadily, become an inevitable choice for modern humans which can not be avoided.This study started from the point of land-use, then constructed the theoretical framework of the man-land relationship which is based on the pressure indicators of human activity model、human geography relations coordination model and the relationship between people and land responsiveness model., and explored the pressure on resources and environment of Nanning fully which comes from human activities intensity action, as well as carrying the role of the environment on human resources activities, and to assess the 2005 Nanning-2012 Master of time and space to coordinate the relationship between the state, aimed at population Nanning and apprentice, to provide a reference balanced development between population and economy, land use and community development.Overall, the paper studied the relationship between the evolution of Nanning from the land-use change perspective system, and the main conclusions are:(1) Nanning City in 2005-2012 people to coordinate the relationship between the level of development of the high degree of coordination by the well-coordinated, coupling degree by the run-in phase coupled to a high level of development, in 2010 after the rise of gentle coordination; (2)2005--2012 Nanning pressure of human activity index continued to rise, resources and environment under pressure inverted "N" type of development, the strength of an exponential growth rate greater than the resources and environment carrying an exponential rate of land use; (3) in response to man-land relationship and responsiveness index was 90 degrees, "eight" shaped trend Nanning Land use, that the current strength of Nanning result of human activities and the degree of decline in the level of resources and the environment increases, the response was negative, on Nanning people to coordinate the relationship between the role played coercion; (4) Nanning City 12 administrative units, population expansion strength, high land use intensity of Green show area, Liang Qing district as the center of radiation, the farther from the center, the lower the degree of coordination.The main conclusions are based on the above, the article presents the relationship between people and land Nanning current problems, Proposed to optimize the "people" from the quantity and quality of the population, Optimization "to" from the industrial structure and new ecol-agriculture, Driven by the urban form to point to promote the county’s land use intensity weak county urban development,Human activity intensity and remission large urban man-land relationship pressures, achieve balance within the region steady, coordinated and sustainable development goals.
