The Research On The Industry Association Ability Condition And Its Promotion Countermeasures In Tai'an

The association is a common social economy organization in market economy countries,which has the function of connections between the government,enterprise and society.It provides an effective way for nations to deal with industry management affairs and contributes a regulated market as well as an ordered society.To some extent,the association has played an irreplaceable role in the construction of the socialist market economy system in China.Despite the rapid development,the association is faced with a lot of challenges,including the social environment and institution construction.But the fundamental problem lies in the lack of its own ability,i.e.,the weakness in team organization,high mobility rate,lack of motivation in work,lack in governance ability,low efficiency within the organization,lack in coordination,poor service,which severely degrade the development of the association.Therefore,this paper is focused on proposing solutions to deal with the above issues.Based on an empirical investigation of the association distribution,type,stuff,funding,membership and business in Tai'an City,this study gives an overall evaluation of the association ability building.Using Pearson correlation and ANOVA,the correlation between the potential factors and the association capacity building is analyzed.Based on the status analysis,we point out the main problems and finally put forward some useful solutions to improve the association ability building in Tai'an City.
