This paper studies the role of enterprise strategy implementation as the research object,taking the strategic implementation and performance management practices as the research object,combined with key performance indicators(KPI)and strategic performance management theory knowledge,performance management as a strategic tool for the implementation of the strategic implementation of the package and the results of the performance management,and combined with the actual proposed KPI as the core of the performance evaluation and strategic performance management system,from the management practice to strengthen performance management to promote the implementation of the package business strategy.The first chapter introduces the background and research ideas In this paper,based on the research of the strategy and performance management,the author chooses the strategic implementation and performance management as the object of analysis.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the study.Mainly includes two aspects,one is the performance management as a strategic tool for the theoretical analysis,the two is the core of the KPI as the core of the construction of the index system and its role in the implementation of corporate strategy.To provide the theoretical basis for the analysis of the implementation of the strategy and performance improvement.The third chapter carries on the analysis of the current situation and the reasons of the performance of the bank's strategy.Firstly,through the analysis of the strategic situation and internal and external environment of the enterprise,the paper draws the existing problems of the strategic implementation of the package business bank.Then,the performance management as the starting point,the performance management as the main line,from the enterprise organization management,performance evaluation and feedback,and performance incentives to the implementation of the strategy.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter put forward solutions to the problems of performance management in the implementation of the strategy of the bank.In the fourth chapter,according to the current performance management system of the bank,the key performance index system,which is the core of KPI,is proposed,and the KPI is designed and implemented in the design and implementation of in the aspects of index selection and setting,index weight and index measurement.In the fifth chapter,the strategic performance management system,which is based on the key performance indicators,is put forward.The content of the system and the method of the implementation of the strategy are analyzed.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is to introduce the key performance indicator(KPT)system,and establish the corresponding strategic performance management system,and to promote the effective implementation of the strategy.
