The objectives of SCPM (Supply Chain Performance Measurement) research are tomaximize the integrative performance of supply chain, to apply the methods and indexes to thewhole supply chain and the supply chain of individual enterprise aiming to adjust to therequirements of economic activities' multi-distribution and multi-aims under the enterprisecircumstance of supply chain, and to further perfect, supplement and deepen SCM Theory. Inthis dissertation we make a detailed research with the construction and implementation methodsof performance measurement system based on strategic supplier, strategic distributor andintegrative supply chain. The seven sections are discussed as the following:1. The first section thoroughly summarized the research background of SCPM (Supply ChainPerformance measurement), extensively discussed the national and international researchactivities of SC and SCPM, and intensively analyzed the core problems existing anddesiderating to be solved in those research fields. Addresses to the above, this sectionpresented the research significance, the research structure and frame, the main contents andsome innovations of this dissertation.2. The second section fully researched the basic mission of SCM and its impact on PM,particularly reviewed the concepts and connotations of SC, SCM and SCPM, and thedifferences and relations of relative concepts, and creatively proposed the definitions of SC,SCM and SCPM. Then the relationship between strategic SCM and enterprise operatingstrategy management are quite differentiated and the traits of SCPM System are detailedlyanalyzed and classified.3. The third section briefly reviewed the concept, background and evolution ofSCSP (Supply Chain Strategy Partnership) and then scientifically proposed thenew definition of SCSP. At the same time, the restriction factors of SCcooperating relationship are also analyzed and the management methods of SCSPare particularly summarized.4. This section studies the extending of AHP in the fuzzy environment-----theapplications of Logarithm Triangular Fuzzy Number-AHP in the SCPM.5. Based on the systemic model of dynamic vendor, the performance measurementindex system of strategic vendor is originally constructed and detailedlyexplained;and examples are used to analyze the applications of LogarithmTriangular Fuzzy Number-AHP in the strategic vendor performancemeasurement.6. This section analyzed the status and functions of strategic in the supply chain,originally constructed the performance measurement index system of strategicdistributor based on supply chain and scientifically quantified every index.Finally examples are used to validate this measurement system and theapplications of Logarithm Triangular Fuzzy Number-AHP in the strategicdistributor performance measurement.7. This section innovatively developed the Balanced Scorecards and the new fieldof their applications, fire-newly proposed the Enhanced Balanced SC Scorecards(EBSC-SC)regarding society environment and future development, and fullyestablished the performance measurement index system of supply chain fromfive aspects such as finance, customer, flow, development and society andexplained every index. At last examples are used to validate this measurementsystem and the applications of Logarithm Triangular Fuzzy Number-AHP in theintegrative performance measurement of supply chain.
