Research On Leiyang Peasant Agriculture Investment

The 30 years since the reform and opening up, along with the advancement of urbanization and the transfer of rural population, It gradually changing that farmers as the main body of agricultural investment situation.who will till the land in the future, how to farming, both catch much attention.In this paper, I will study the agricultural investment behavior of the farmers and agricultural investment scale problems based on the background,.In view of the fundamental status of agriculture, a renewed focus on farmer's agricultural productive investment behavior has important significance both in theoretical and practical.Firstly, this paper combed the literature about farmer's investment in agriculture and the related theory, and then analyzed the Leiyang farmer's problems existing in the process of agricultural investment and the reasons.From the aspects such as farmer's investment scale features, through the research on four villages and towns in Leiyang, peasant households micro data to may affect farmers investment in agriculture and agricultural investment scale of various factors are analyzed.Using multiple linear regression model to estimate the agricultural investment scale influence factors of the farmers, the results show that the scale of investment in agriculture by planting farmers income, income of helpers, and other incomes, planting breeding investment, out of land, into of land, and the distance of the financial institutions, whether to join the agricultural cooperation organization, the condition of rural infrastructure and the influence of factors such as whether to buy agricultural insurance.According to the above research results, based on the current realistic development of Leiyang, This paper suggest the following six aspects:1.increase farmers' income, to ensure agricultural investment sources; 2.strengthen macro-control, improve land system construction; 3.improve the rural financial market construction, optimize the environment of farmers investment in agriculture; 4.intensify the building of rural infrastructure, to provide farmers investment in agriculture infrastructure assurance; 5, strengthen the consciousness of farmers ginseng protect and promote agricultural insurance coverage, in order to promote the sustainable development of Leiyang agriculture.
