Study On Scale Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Large-scale Grain Farmers In Hebei Province

With the development and transformation of our country's social economy,the current rural household contract management system is increasingly difficult to adapt to the rapid changes in the market and the development of modern agriculture.At the same time,low agricultural income has led to a large number of young laborers moving from the countryside to the cities to engage in the secondary and tertiary industries.The hollowing out of the countryside and aging are serious.Therefore,the party and the government have proposed a series of measures to revitalize the countryside,nurture new types of agricultural management subjects,and develop various forms of moderate-scale operations as an important measure.As an important part of new-type agricultural management entities,the operation status of large grain producers has a major impact on ensuring food security and the supply of major agricultural products,increasing farmers' income,and transforming agricultural production and management methods.Large-scale grain producers realize moderate scale operations and improve agricultural production efficiency.The effective way to increase the overall income of the operators.Hebei Province is a large agricultural province in China and one of the 13 main grain producing areas in the country.Therefore,research on large-scale grain production in Hebei Province is highly representative and has important reference value for other regions and even the country's agricultural scale management.This paper selects large grain producers in Hebei Province as the research object,and conducts research on major grain producers in various cities through questionnaires and visits.Firstly,the development conditions of large grain producers in Hebei Province were analyzed based on the regional profile of Hebei Province and the development status of large grain producers.Based on a questionnaire survey of large grain producers in Hebei Province,the scale operation of large grain producers in Hebei Province was analyzed in depth.The problems in the large-scale operation of large-scale grain producers were proposed;secondly,based on the data and questionnaire data,multiple linear regression analysis of the factors affecting the scale operation of the large-scale grain producers in Hebei Province was conducted using Spss17.0 software,and the key influential factors for the large-scale operation of large grain producers were conducted.Identification;Finally proposed measures to promote the development of large grain producers in Hebei Province.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research,the main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The new-type agricultural business entities in Hebei Province are developing rapidly,and the scale of business operations is continuously improving.Large-scale grain producers,food specialized cooperatives and other new business entities have promoted the intensive and large-scale production of food.(2)Farmers' education status,family labor force,average sales revenue,loans,agricultural insurance,employment status,agricultural mechanization level,technical training and guidance,and infrastructure construction have a significant positive impact on planting scale.The average cost per mu input has a significant negative impact on the scale of planting.The age of the major grain producers,distance from the center of the town,average subsidies per mu,and natural disasters have no significant effect on the scale of cultivation.This paper takes the large-scale operation of grain producers as the entry point,conducts an in-depth analysis of the current large-scale operation of grain production,and conducts multiple linear regression analysis on the main factors affecting the scale of planting crops.This has increased the empirical research results on the factors affecting agricultural scale operation.,with a certain degree of innovation.
