Our country has a high national savings rate. According to the statistics, the household savings reached 48.52613 trillion RMB in China by the end of 2015. If the sufficient private capital to take part in the agricultural infrastructure projects, the problem of insufficient funds will be able to give a good relieve. And then, the use of the PPP model can achieve the convergence of private capital and agricultural infrastructure. The PPP mode refers to a partnership between the public and private sectors for the provision of public goods and services established. The PPP model is not only a new concept, in addition to the introduction of private capital into the field of agricultural infrastructure in our country. But also introduced advanced technology and scientific management to improve operational efficiency and operational quality of agricultural infrastructure, and improve the utilization of resource. The field of agricultural infrastructure has a broad application prospects. The key of the PPP model in agricultural infrastructure is cooperation between the public sector and the private sector.
