Study On Sustainable Development Ability Of Poverty Alleviation Industry In Wuling Mountain Area

Supporting poverty-stricken areas and poor people to get rid of poverty is the main way to achieve common prosperity.As one of the main battlefields of poverty alleviation and development,it is particularly important to solve the problem of poverty alleviation in Wuling Mountain area.This study is based on the perspective of characteristic agriculture to study the sustainable development ability of poverty alleviation industry in Wuling Mountain area.It not only meets the needs of the current national task of poverty alleviation,but also provides theoretical support and decision-making basis for the government to improve poverty alleviation behavior,innovate poverty alleviation model,improve the quality of poverty alleviation,and smoothly complete the goals set in the poverty alleviation and development program in several poverty-stricken areas.The text of evidence and policy is of great significance.On the basis of the existing research results,this paper chooses Wuling Mountain area in Guizhou Province and Wuling Mountain area in Hunan Province as the research objects,guided by sustainable development theory,advantage theory,industry life cycle theory and leading industry theory,using the methods of literature analysis,normative analysis and empirical analysis,first of all,starting from the formation of poverty alleviation industry in Wuling Mountain area.Secondly,the comprehensive evaluation model of the sustainable development ability of characteristic agriculture is constructed from three aspects of economy,society and ecological environment,and the sustainable development ability of poverty alleviation industry in Guizhou and Hunan provinces is evaluated on the basis of survey data and relevant statistical yearbook data.This paper analyses the current situation and shortcomings of sustainable development of poverty alleviation industry in Wuling Mountain area of Guizhou Province and in Wuling Mountain area of Hunan Province,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for sustainable development of poverty alleviation industry in Wuling Mountain area.The research results can not only further improve the evaluation method of sustainable development of wuling mountain area,but also objectively judge the sustainable development status of poverty alleviation industry in wuling mountain area for relevant departments,and formulate and implement the sustainable development strategy of poverty alleviation industry in line with the reality,so as to promote the sustainable development of poverty alleviation industry in this area.Through the analysis of the industrial poverty alleviation situation in Wuling Mountains,it is found that the poverty alleviation effect of the special agricultural industry in Wuling Mountains has been remarkable,but there are also some restrictions such as weak infrastructure,low level of rural education,unreasonable industrial structure,inadequate competitiveness of characteristic industries,inadequate government support for leading enterprises,fragile ecological environment and limited carrying capacity,which restrict the poverty alleviation in Wuling Mountains.Factor.On the basis of the empirical analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the sustainable development ability of poverty alleviation industry in Wuling Mountain area: vigorously promoting advanced agricultural technology,cultivating new farmers;strengthening characteristic agricultural brand,developing comprehensive agricultural model;strengthening ecological environment governance and promoting the development of green agriculture.This paper chooses two representative regions of Wuling Mountain in Guizhou Province(16 counties and municipalities)and Hunan Province(37 counties and municipalities)to study the agricultural sustainable development ability of Wuling Mountain.Based on the evaluation of sustainable development ability,this paper summarizes the ways to strengthen the sustainable development ability of industrial poverty alleviation in Wuling Mountain area,which enriches the research perspective of industrial poverty alleviation in Wuling Mountain area.
