Through training, therefore, to cultivate the core talent, formed the core technology and core ability, improve enterprise competitiveness, make the enterprise in the complex, the fierce market competition, is of great significance.To establish a scientific and reasonable training system, strengthen staff training, enhance to strengthen the enterprise staff quality, cultivate a number of highly qualified staff team, is the HT incubator company needs to solve the problem, also is the important research objects of this article.
