The grain and oil industry is related to major strategic issues such as national economic development,social harmony and stability,and national security.Solving the problem of grain and oil production is crucial.In recent years,competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce with the continuous improvement of large-scale and diversified product production models.As a result,the grain and oil industry's demand for highly skilled talents has become increasingly urgent.Therefore,strengthening employee training is of great significance to the improvement of the quality of the company's talent team and the acceleration of transformation and upgrading,as well as the personal development of employees.Based on the study of domestic and foreign staff training related theories,this paper adopts a combination of questionnaire surveys and interviews to take the grain and oil production and processing enterprise of Handan M company as the research object to conduct research and study on its staff training.The paper mainly analyzes the current situation of M company employee training from three aspects: training overview,training needs,and training satisfaction.It points out the specific problems and reasons of its staff training,and proposes countermeasures to improve the training of company M in combination with modern training theory.The study found that the training work of M company was mainly based on short-term training of internal lecturers,with a high training coverage rate,and the training contents were mainly safety production and professional skills.In terms of training needs,employees generally have high corresponding requirements for training,and there are significant differences in training content among employees in different positions.In terms of training satisfaction,the level of employee training satisfaction was average,with the lowest satisfaction score for training content.Combined with the survey results,it pointed out that M company has specific problems in the training organization construction,training process management and training course system.For the training problems,it proposes corresponding countermeasures from strengthening the training organization construction,standardizing the training process,and improving the training course system.
