With global economy enters into knowledge economy era, training as an effective approach to ensure enterprise keeps increasing its human resources add-value attracts more and more intention; and how to set up an effective all-level training program becomes a critical issue. This thesis studies BAK Company’s present training program, based on scientific analysis, the author proposed an improved systematic employee training program aim to lead the Company overcome its current training management invalidation. The proposed training system shall largely raise the employees’ training enthusiasm, inspire their potential and constitutes a practical significance to its employee training program.Firstly, the thesis introduces BAK Company’s development history and its human resources current situation; secondly, the author illustrates BAK Company’s training organizational structure and different level’s staff training plan and training procedure; by analysis, the author has pointes out problems existing in the company’s training demands investigation, training content, training methods, training implement and training effect evaluation; the author has also analyzes reasons behind these problems; then, the author has redesigned the Company’s employee training structure by ways of determine the training program’s targets and principles, set up long-term and short-term goals in line with the Company’s strategy, and optimize its training structure and procedures in the training system in consider of the Company’s manufacturing industry features. The thesis has designed four types of employee training program which covers new staff training, managerial staff training, technician training and operator training; it also formulates training implementation procedures and effect evaluation methods. Lastly, the thesis suggests measures to ensure the training system’s effective carry out, which includes set up and improve the top leadership support mechanism, bring out more training teachers, perfect related corporate systems and intensify training investment.
