Staff's psychological state has always been the focus of concern of enterprises. The staff's positive psychology can be transformed into the capital which is conducive to the development of enterprises. On the contrary, the negative psychology hinders the development of enterprises. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of living standards and the changes of social, staff's psychological activities of the diversity, complexity and differences, at the same time the talent competition of the same industry intensifies, together with the lack of targeted solutions of enterprise's managers, the employees'psychological state of many enterprises is worrying, especially for some small and medium-sized enterprises which are lack of the condition of material motivation. Then, it's inevitable phenomenon that the staff are slack in work.How to ensure that the employees are in a positive state of mind, so as to create a better economic benefit for the enterprise, is the eternal theme for every manager. This article raises the concept of psychological capital, researches how to effectively formulate strategies to enhance the psychological capital of enterprises. The psychological capital of enterprise is a capital form of the staffs psychological state. The research on it is based on two reasons. One is the thinking of enterprise capital management. Enterprise capital can be divided into eight sections. It is an important part of enterprise eight-capital management. The second is that it is of reference value on academic theory significance and the practice of enterprises. The second is that it has academic theoretical significance and the reference value of enterprise practice.This article selects Dongguan Qiyi Illuminations Company Ltd. as the research object, taking psychological capital as the research perspective. Through theoretical analysis, investigation, quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, aiming at the actual problems existing in the psychological capital of the company, it puts forward some viable promotion strategies. First of all, it analyzes the connotation of psychological capital, and divides psychological capital into seven dimensions, named hope, self-confidence, optimism, toughness and sense of well-being, sense of identity, crisis awareness. Through the analysis of the results of questionnaire and personal interviews and then combined with Qiyi company's development status and staff's basic conditions, by the means of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, it draws a conclusion that the situation of company's psychological capital is worrying and then it finds out the problems of each psychological dimension. Although the company has taken measures to enhance the psychological capital, but the effect is not ideal. There are three main reasons for it. First, the company is just out of the traditional management thinking to meet the psychological needs of employees, but lack of capital management of employees' psychological actives. Second, affected by the economic development and the increasing talent competition among enterprises, and other factors, the psychological needs of employees continue to rise, the company is facing the problem of increasing. Third is the company's solutions are lack of integrity and pertinency, not completely covering all levels of psychological capital. Finally, according to the connotation of the seven dimensions of psychological capital and its requirements, respectively puts forward the targeted promotion strategies.
