| Food safety is very important.Especially to an agricultural country like China,food safety directly related to people's health,economic development,social stability and harmonious development of the whole society.Although got the attention from government and society more and more,China also by introduced "The Law of Food Safety ",with supervision and strengthen the supervision of rural food safety,but due to the government regulatory system in a single center has limitations,rural food operators by profit leads to the lack of social responsibility,rural consumer food safety consciousness,lack of rural areas the supervision of the third department,the news media publicity and lack of supervision reason,our country rural area retail sectors of food safety problems not effective governance,the food security of the rural masses is still not effective protection,and even a gradual deterioration of the situation.The author has experience of food safety supervision in rural areas,the status of rural retail sectors of food safety have more profound understanding of,and to Fengxiang Town Zhongshan County,place of work,for example,the problems and the reasons of the existence of rural retail link food security governance analysis.On this basis,with the guidance of multi center governance theory,the main problems existing in the management of food safety in rural areas are put forward,and the Countermeasures for the management of multi subject of food safety in rural areas are put forward.The author thinks,can from strengthening the dominance of government supervision,strengthen the main responsibility of the food business,encourage consumers to actively participate in the governance,organization and food industry association was founded,to strengthen industry management,to mobilize the power of the media,strengthen the six aspects of propaganda and public opinion supervision of rural retail food safety aspects of multi center governance. |
