| Baosteel,based on the Nippon Steel advanced equipment management experience,formed a set of management system which is with the foreman as center,the self management as basis,to the standard operation as yardstick,point repair system as the focus,planning value management as the goal.In recent years,Baosteel,in order to maintain the ability of equipment,and,to meet the requirement of yield and quality,began to import TPM management mode,in the process of pushing TPM management,continuous learning,summarize,exchange of technical methods and experience,so that the plant has undergone profound changes,not only improve the skill level and making level of employees,but also improve the management level of enterprises.But there are some problems in the TPM implementation process,which has the influence of TPM activity effect.In this paper,with the actual situation of cold rolling plant to implement TPM management as the research object,base on the theory and management analysis of TPM,the experience of implementing TPM management both at home and abroad,study the existence of the TPM implementing problem of cold rolling mill plant.The specific contents are as follows:(1)Base on the related theory and Application Research of TPM management.Introduce TPM basic theory and OEE theory,the overall efficiency of the equipment.Equipment management system of domestic and foreign well-known iron and steel enterprises such as HKM,Nippon Steel,Taiwan steel and so on,learning and absorbing the domestic and foreign counterparts advanced equipment management theory and method.(2)To analysis the implementation situation and existing problems of Baosteel cold rolling plant to implement TPM management,such as participation degree which is not enough,the problem of 5S management,the bad management of spare parts etc..(3)On the basis of analysis,according to the theory of demand and learn from other company experience,make a research to promote TPM management strategy.The cold rolling plant make the advance management system which is established with the factory director led,carry out the 5S site management,promoting the field independent management activities,improve equipment management system,improve staff skills training.(4)Introduce the TPM management which promotes the project as the starting point at the cold rolling plant.The research will promote the further development of TPM management at the cold rolling mill,to improve the operation efficiency of enterprise equipment,ensure the provision of support for the normal production. |
