Shanghai Advanced Avionics company is China Aviation Industry Corp affiliated enterprises,is by the China aviation industrial power on which a wholly-owned for navigation,aviation and teaching in the field of high-tech enterprises.The company steadily through nearly 10 years of development and growth,the original information system has been unable to meet the requirements of the company management,in order to solve the problem,to speed up the implementation of the information system upgrade project company requirements.The current thesis takes the project of"Information Upgrade Schedule Management of Shanghai Advanced Avionics Company" as the example,expounds the theory of project management project schedule plan and schedule control theory,the theory,method of project schedule and control and tools are applied to the progress management of the project implementation,through the development of reasonable and effective schedule,take effective control measures,so that the final project can be completed smoothly according to plan.The main research contents of this paper include the following three aspects:(1)In this thesis,the theory of project management and method in information system upgrade projects in the application of the overall system are described in this paper.The implementation of efficient planning and control of project schedule,which successfully achieve the predetermined goal,is the core of project management.Therefore,the theory of project schedule control effective application in the project management process,the implementation can effectively guide the project schedule,ensure to reach the goals of the project schedule.(2)Schedule based on the theory,structure,Gantt chart,critical path method by WBS decomposition,rendering the progress management of twin code network chart and other modern project,the project work breakdown,clear work tasks,developed the project work plans,and standard requirements of the program were optimized according to the duration of project item;(3)Schedule control theory based on the introduction of the principle of schedule control,on the basis of this system is discussed in detail 'the information upgrading project schedule control process,illustrates the factors affecting the project progress control of project schedule to the role and influence of information system and discusses the company upgrade,the company upgrade project progress control of the process and management progress measures for the information system.In the construction schedule planning and schedule control process,how to use various tools,methods and measures,perfect the corresponding control procedure and safeguard measures and other issues,has the certain theory significance.Taking the actual project underway for example,also has a certain application value.Through the smooth implementation of the project,and summarizes the advanced experience of project schedule management,schedule management can for other types of projects,especially provides effective reference upgrade project schedule management information system.
