The 21st century is the era of knowledge-based economy.The application software is a major business mean of knowledge-based economy.So the quality of the application software will directly affect the business application,and how to do a good job in the application software management is becoming an important aspect of a social management and corporate modernization management.One of the main features of the project is that there are strict time limits,therefore,it determines the importance of project management.In the process of developing the software,because of the impact of uncertain factors,such as many changes in demand and unexpected events,how to develop a reasonable schedule of the project is very difficult.In addition,how to make the project on schedule in accordance with the plans is also a problem.For the above problems,this paper draws up the project process plans using the network technology and assesses the size of the process risk using the progress risk assessment method based on fuzzy mathematics,in order to ensure progress on schedule as planned.First of all,according to the project work breakdown structure,the PERT technique estimates working hours,which is pessimistic,likely and optimistic estimations of the working hours mixed in the uncertainty of each part of work and the confidence factor of the completion of the work part,in order to ensure the accuracy of the estimated time compared with the individual estimation.It develops the Gantt Chart and Network Diagram using the network technology.Secondly,it uses a checklist method to investigate the progress risk factors.It uses Expert Investigation to assess the occurrence's likelihood and the size of the various risk factors applying fuzzy evaluation.It uses the fuzzy set theory to quantify the results. After a series of calculations,it comes to the expectations of the progress risk,and finally it is converted into the natural language.Then,according to the results of the progress risk assessment,the risk coping strategies are applied to supervise and control risks.In the midterm project,it carries on the second risk assessment and the risk monitoring and control.Throughout the whole project process,Tracking Gantt Chart is applied to track the project progress,and we observe whether the progress is normal.Finally,combined with a specific project,the above methods are used to plan the project process,at the same time,assess and control the progress risks,in order to verify the validity of the progress plan's methods and assure the progress schedule using risk assessments and control.
