On 15th March 2016,Opinions on Further Reform of Electric Power System was issued in China which means a new round of electric power system reform is officially started.The reform breaking traditional operation pattern of electric power industry and pushing the operation to the market economy has a great and significant effect on existing structure of electric power market.In this thesis,by firstly studying the electric power market at home and abroad,analyze the electric power market of the countries which are similar to that of China and determine preliminary reference direction after comparison.On the basis of the experience of serial electric power system reforms since the establishment of People's Republic of China,analyze the probable effects of the new round electric reform on the power generation enterprises.Meanwhile,with combination with characteristics of electricity market in Tianjin region where Tianjin Binhai Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,a new energy power generation enterprises,is located and in view of the internal and external environment,advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Tianjin electric power market,indicate the existing problems of Tianjin Binhai Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,and provide recommendations in six aspects: the marketing Strategy of China Guodian electrical energy strategy,electrovalency strategy,cost strategy,power quality strategy,Management strategy to improve the marketing strategy to win in the electric power reform and competition.The thesis summarizes that Tianjin Binhai Electric Power Co.,Ltd.should enhance core competences and follow the marketing strategies of Guodian Corporation to strive for electrical energy,increase electrovalency,reduce increase cost,increase power quality,improve the management,overall capacity of the generating units,establish marketing system,and build a good marketing atmosphere through setting up rewards and punishments mechanism,improving service quality,strengthening strategic cooperation and developing direct power supply to key accounts.It is hoped that the thesis can provide novel marketing concepts for power generation enterprises in the electric power reform and competition to increase power generating capacity and make a higher profit.
