Research On Crisis Management Of SSTPC

With the continuous development of the society,the enterprises are facing with more complicated situation and environment,which could bring various crisis in its business operation.If the crisis is not managed correctly,the enterprise could shut down in short time or goes bankrupt as a result of this.Therefore,improvement of crisis management is critical to enterprise,and it shall establish crisis management system,develop emergency response plan,improve the relationship between enterprise and local residential to prevent and reduce potential risks.More and more enterprises take crisis management as important part in public relations and crisis itself has bight and dark side for enterprise,since it brings the chance both with challenge for enterprises.This article takes SSTPC crisis management as a living example to analyze and study its current crisis management situation and existing issues,and optimize the crisis management procedure based on its system,establish early warning mechanism and spokesman mechanism,develop operation guideline for crisis management and analyze the impact of consciousness of crisis management and public relations on effect of crisis management.Meanwhile,take SSTPC NIMBY as a example to develop a emergency response model for major crisis.Study the response plan for fire,explosion,and environmental pollution cases according to characteristics of petrochemical enterprises.It is expected to summarize the general principle and strategy for crisis prevention,crisis management,and crisis recovery and help domestic petrochemical enterprises to establish reasonable crisis management mechanism.
