Research On Multi-project Schedule Management Of Architectural Design

Nowadays,the architecture industry is a pillar industry of national economy with modern society's rapid economic development,and design is the core of an architecture project.In recent years,the government has continuously strengthened the supervision of the real estate market,and standardized the management on architecture design market.Modifications and additions of policy make institutes feel competitive pressure increases,and also purify the original market environment,which is very good for business operations and industry norms.At present,the international well-known architectural design institutes have used multi-project schedule management method,the internationalizing domestic design institutes are learning from the successful experience,and localizing this management method to China.Taking multi-project schedule management mode into the management of architectural design institute not only helps to improve the overall design technology level of institutes,but also upgrades architects' ability to control the project.It promotes the institute to carry on full integration and effective utilization of its resources,in order to resolve conflicts and problems in multi-operating projects.Through scientific management method,the institutes ensure the design quality and shorten the design period,to establish the core competitiveness of institutes,to ensure the dominant right of the institute economic benefits.According to the characteristics and current situation of architectural design institutes in our country,using the basic theory of project management,this thesis indepth studies the practical application of the project management in a design institute from the perspective of production schedule management,and expounds the influence of multi-project management on the progress and quality of the design.It researches application of multi-project management in a design institute through actual cases and solves a number of problems in concurrent projects and has validated in practice,therefore it has an excellent role in guiding the design and management work.Finally,this essay presents some preliminary ideas for design institutes on the development and application of multi-project proceeding management modes for further study.
