Now in the design institute, management of multiple-project becomes its chief work, and the proceeding management is key of the management of multiple-project, that either it put in practice effectively or not would determine two problems: one is that if several projects would be finished on time;the other is that if the combing benefit could be achieved. However, there are so many factors to infect the whole proceeding, for instance, the complex relations between quality and construction, the means we used to control the preeding, etc. Thus, themanagement of proceeding is a complicated process, a dynamic system------constituting planat first, then putting the plan in practice and checking to find warps, at last, analyzing, adjusting and reworking the plan and so on.Based on the basic theories of project management which is the primary sections for the production management of the design institute, the effects of the design management of Multiple-project on the proceeding of construction works were expatiated in this article with the viewpoints being specific for the production management of the Architecture Designing Institute. Multiple-project designing and management is mainly relied on the theories involved in the scheme of project designing and the progress management. Based on the practical cases, a model is supposed to be developed for the application of project planning together with proceeding management to multiple-project management of the Architecture Designing Institute. And this model is expected to solve a variety of conflicts which were involved in the procedure of multiple-project management to the fullest extent, and then to shorten the length of item designing, even to improve the quality of designing.The balanced management model which was suitable for different resources of management and primarily relied on two procedures: the identification of various conflicts and the following resolution of these conflicts. Moreover, it is also in favor of the organization structure of organizations, and the managements for the proceeding. What's more, other opinions associated with some instances to manage the proceeding of multiple-project were primarily offered in this article.
