The 21 st century is the era of information.With the continuous development of internet technology,the traditional manufacturing industry faces severe challenges.D company is an important tradition appliance manufacturing enterprises,it has established a leadership position in the domestic appliance market after three decades of development.But under the background of the internet development,the traditional appliance market began to saturation,D company need restructuring development to address current market challenges and obtain a healthy and sustainable development.In this paper,we give a research on how to achieve the company’s strategic development under the internet thinking.Firstly,we give a comprehensive analysis of D company’s current development status and D company’s problem in the process of information technology,and then we use the method of PEST analysis,value chain theory and the "Five Forces" model to study the company’s internal andexternal environment,on this basis,we draw strategic portfolio strategy for D company’s development through SWOT analysis.This paper concludes with a strategic development plan and strategy implementation of safeguards under the internet thinking.This article research has made important conclusions.First,the article points out the internal advantages and disadvantages and external opportunity and threats of D company.Secondly,a clear strategic positioning of D company under the internet thinking has mde.Finally,this paper presents that D company should strengthen the construction of the network platform,strengthen the introduction of technical personnel,improve enterprise culture of innovation,expand the market of end products,and take intelligent leadership strategies to promote the development of D company’s under the internet strategy.
