Based on the ideas of proposing and defining problems-standardizing and analyzing problems-researching and solving problems,drawing on information technology capability and IT capability,this paper first defines the new concept of Internet capability,which is driven by Internet competence and competitive advantage.The author tries to reveal the inherent mechanism of enterprise strategic transformation under the dynamic environment,and use the traditional manufacturing enterprises as the research object to explore the relationship between the Internet capability and the enterprise strategic transformation by empirical research.,In order to establish a theoretical model that can be used to guide the traditional manufacturing enterprises to carry out the strategic transformation of the Internet and to use the theoretical achievements to guide the strategic transformation of the traditional manufacturing enterprises in China and to find a better way to realize the strategic transformation of the traditional manufacturing enterprises Road.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)To explore the traditional manufacturing enterprise Internet strategy transformation of the motivation,purpose and content.On the basis of defining related concepts,this paper deeply studies the influence of internet on the strategic transformation of enterprises,and discusses the motivations of enterprise strategic transformation from two aspects: internal factors and external factors.And proposes that the purpose of the strategic transformation of the Internet is to enhance the ability of the Internet to gain new competitive advantages,which are expressed as: enhancing organizational learning ability,improving iterative innovation ability,improving resource management ability and promoting customer interaction ability.With this four levels of Internet Ability to upgrade as the basis,the ultimate access to the strategic transformation of the new competitive advantage,to achieve the strategic transformation of the Internet.(2)The traditional manufacturing enterprises to build the Internet capacity measurement system.This paper proposes four elements of the traditionalmanufacturing enterprise's Internet capability,namely,information elements,cultural elements,resource elements and market elements,and transforms them into four kinds of capabilities that affect the traditional manufacturing enterprises' Internet capabilities: customer interaction,organizational learning,Management and iterative innovation.The measurement index system of the traditional manufacturing enterprise 's Internet capability is constructed based on four abilities,and the measurement model of the traditional manufacturing enterprise' s internet capability is established.(3)Analyze the influence mechanism of internet capability on strategic transformation.Firstly,the single-factor and multi-factor influence mechanism of Internet competency on the competitive advantage after strategic transformation are discussed.Then,the influencing path of each sub-factor of internet competency on each sub-dominant factor of competitive advantage after strategic transformation is discussed.A comprehensive impact of the path model to explain the capacity of the Internet to the traditional manufacturing enterprises integrated strategic impact of the Internet transformation mechanism.(4)Empirical study of the relationship between Internet capacity and strategic transformation.Firstly,the basic hypotheses about customer interaction,organizational learning,resource management and iterative innovation are proposed,which are beneficial to the acquisition of the competitive advantages of traditional manufacturing enterprises after the transformation of Internet strategy.Then,they are distributed to middle and senior management personnel of traditional manufacturing enterprises.Questionnaire and data processing,and then construct the independent variables and dependent variables of the measurement indicators,and test the independent variables and dependent variables,and then the introduction of structural equation model,and finally to verify the hypothesis.(5)This paper puts forward the transformation strategy and implementation strategy of traditional manufacturing enterprises' internet strategy based on internet capability.Based on iterative innovation,this paper puts forward the strategies of traditional manufacturing enterprises' internet strategy transformation,based on resource management innovation,the strategy transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises' internet strategy,the strategies of traditional manufacturing enterprises' internet strategy transformation based on enterpriseorganization learning,and the traditional manufacturing enterprise internet based on customer interaction Strategy Transformation.Secondly,based on the improvement of Internet capability in various aspects of enterprises,we should push forward the construction of "Internet +" strategy system from the clear "Internet +" strategy of enterprises,reinforce the foundation of "Internet +" strategy development,and increase the input of "Internet +" strategy and other aspects of the enterprise strategic transformation of the specific implementation.
