Credit business is one of the main business of the bank,and it is the foundation that the bank can survive.The core problem of the credit business is how to deal with the credit risk.This thesis take the bank credit risk of small and medium enterprises as the object of study and ensure the safety and profitability of the bank's SME credit business with supporting the development of small and medium enterprises.This thesis takes the T bank as the concrete research object and deeply analyze those problems of the T Bank in credit management of small and medium-sized enterprises,such as non financial indicator is too small in credit audit index system,credit loan pre-trial control lax,loans to implement process monitoring is not in place,non-performing loans not handled carefully and so on.Aiming at these problems,this thesis designs a qualitative and quantitative credit evaluation index system for small and medium enterprises and optimize the comprehensive detailed credit risk control program and improve the implementation process of the loan monitoring rules and put forward some measures and suggestions to deal with the non-performing loans.This thesis argues that T bank should actively establish the concept of service culture and improve the quality of credit services,adhere to the customer as the center,strengthen credit customers pay a return visit,strengthen the cooperation between banks and enterprises,establish the credit risk management,incentive and restraint mechanisms and carry out the three flow,three meter,three grades evaluation method.The research conclusion of this thesis has a strong guiding significance for T bank in credit practice and also has a certain reference value for other banks' credit business.
