Research On Food Safety Risk Communication Mechanism And Strategy Dominated By Compainies

Problems of food safety concerned about people's livelihood.Since the end of the 20th century,problems of food safety has become a global concern,has also become a significance of non-traditional security issues,such as global food poisoning,forge frequent problems plagued by the government of the world.Frequent food safety incidents in China in recent years show that existing in our country's food safety regulatory system need further improvement,and in terms of food safety control,food production,processing and trade type enterprise food supply chain leading enterprises such as edge effect is not evident.This paper deduce-proposition normative analysis method combined with field investigation and research methods of empirical analysis,put forward the "leading enterprises with strength and power to the entire food supply chain security control behavior,to promote food safety information communication,the construction of risk prevention and control system,to guarantee food safety,promote the exchange of food safety risk to the leading role of proposition.In this paper,the analysis of relevant theories is the theoretical foundation of the following research.In this paper,the concept and classification of food safety risk communication,such as the concept,classification and so on,are deeply studied.Then we find out the challenges and opportunities faced by China's food safety risk communication,and discuss the problem of the exchange of food safety risk in China.As the basis for the design of the enterprise food safety information exchange willing and risk prevention and control system construction of ability questionnaire research,sorting through the questionnaire data of the enterprise food safety risk communication mode and dynamic mechanism of leading analysis,and then study its behavior patterns.Through the history of the development of Japanese food safety event description,analysis of the evolution and governance structure as well as the Japanese food safety engineering functions and effects of Japanese food safety risk communication management system.Through drawing lessons from the successful experience of Japanese food safety risk communication mechanism in the construction.For food enterprises of our country,building in line with the actual situation of our country enterprise,establish food safety risk communication mechanism dominated by the enterprise and the mode of communication.Then summed up the key of the enterprises in both normal and crisis situations of food safety risk communication.Finally for the food enterprises of our country proposed enterprises to carry out food safety project,improve enterprise food safety risk communication mechanism,strengthen food education of food safety risk communication,enhance consumer understanding of food safety knowledge,improve the efficiency of internal information exchange in enterprises,improve the internal management of enterprises,strengthen food safety detection system and recommendations with third party institutions to promote the future development of enterprises.
