MES Method And Its Application Based On Product Quality In Small Electronic Manufacturing

With the economic globalization,computer-aided manufacturing technology and the rapid development of Internet information technology,enterprise informatization more and more become the focus of attention.Nowadays,small and medium-sized enterprises in the wave of information technology,in order to achieve lower management costs,to improve production efficiency,using information management system such as ERP,MRP.However,the research found that these management systems are prevalent because the underlying manufacturing information can't be uploaded to the upper management,and the upper decision-making management can't reach the bottom of the production layer,leading to production scheduling has always been unable to achieve the optimal state.With the further development of enterprise information,the emergence of MES manufacturing execution system,a large part because of manufacturing information and management information does not exchange problems arising from a good solution.At the same time in the product quality control level,the overall quality of SMEs evaluation system is a lack of scientific and rational indicators,often draw on the experience of the workshop workers or related industries to develop test indicators.This leads directly to product quality control will produce a lot of useless work,and can't real y achieve the control of product quality.H company as a small electronic manufacturing enterprises,to adapt to market changes,but also the introduction of the ERP system as an enterprise information management system.But after the case of field research,the above problems of H companies exist,so have a specific situation with the enterprise,both scalability,reliability,availability of manufacturing execution system for H companies is imperative to H company.This paper first analyzes the development of MES system at home and abroad,describes the definition and basic framework of MES system.Then through the research on the production management mode of the MES manufacturing executive system,the characteristics of the electronic manufacturing industry are analyzed,and the necessity of the MES production management mode to the small electronic manufacturing enterprise is put forward.AND analyze the existing problems in H company's production management,and puts forward a set of MES solution based on product quality control according to the actual situation of H company.Then based on product quality control,through the study of statistics,analysis of the current H company's product quality index evaluation system,modeling analysis and get a more scientific and rational reflection of product quality indicators system.On the basis of the above theories,combining with the current situation of production management and optimized quality evaluation system of H Company,a set of personalized MES execution system solution for small electronic manufacturing enterprises based on quality control is put forward and designed and implemented.
