Research On Enterprise Informatization Evaluation Index System By A Low Carbon Atttribute

With the improvement of informatization and the development of our country, theinformationization construction and evaluation system is continuously improved from theindustry level to the enterprise level. To the enterprise, informatization construction is alsomore consideration to the cost and economic benefit and social benefit, which tends to bemore rational. The process of information construction is a long-term complex systemsengineering, is from immature to mature process, which need grading, cent system,step-by-step implementation.Since2003, the UK Energy White Paper "Our energy future: creating a low carboneconomy" has promoted the concept of low-carbon economy, low carbon economy hasbeen taken attention by the governments. Low-carbon economy is a new model ofeconomic development and new ideas. Enterprise informatization itself is a new waywhich help energy saving and development of new low-carbon economy. At the same time,the carbon emissions in the construction and implementation process is also a importantindicator which evaluate economic and social benefits of the enterprise informatization..At present, there are a lot of research about enterprise informatization evaluationindex system, and focus on different key parts. this paper is based on The CapabilityMaturity for Enterprise Informatization (EICMM),and combine the enterprise low-carboneconomy target and the principle that maximize the economic and social benefits, andchoose selected related enterprise as the research object. This paper takes prospectiveexplorationthe to the existing enterprise informatization evaluation index system andmodel, finally builds a evaluation index system of enterprise information which towardslow carbon attribute.Through qualitative analysis and investigation and analysis, this paper describes thetheoretical basis of evaluation of enterprise informatization and current status focusingon the introduction of EICMM model; Through the characters of low-carbon economy,introduce the theoretical basis of informatization related to low-carbon, analysis thedomestic and international low-carbon evaluation methods key problem of the integrationof low carbon economic and informatization theory; Based on the method and feature oflow-carbon economy evaluation and the EICMM ideal,this paper establish a evaluationindex system of enterprise information which towards low carbon attribute.From the quantitative analysis point of view, this paper introduce some theory andmethods which can eliminate the indicators correlation and Through qualitative analysisand empirical investigation and analysis, this paper first elaborates the enterprise informatization evaluation theory and the present situation, introduce the EICMM model,introduces the related theory of low carbon informatization, analyzes method of evaluatinglow carbon economy and the key problems of the fusion of low carbon and informatization.Combining with the EICMM model, we build a evaluation index system of enterpriseinformation which towards low carbon attribute. From the quantitative analysis, introducemethods and theories to eliminate correlation and establish validation index weights.Through the sample enterprise data investigation and analysis, validate the indicatorsrationality, eventually established a evaluation index system of enterprise informationwhich towards low carbon attribute.
