Research About The Difference Of The Influence Of FDI On The Urbanization Development In Different Regions

With the continuous extension of Chinese market of opening to the outside world,FDI,as an important international factor,has a significant impact on the development of urbanization in China,and urbanization is also a powerful driving force for Chinese economic growth.The urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta is a new research perspective under the environment of regional economic integration.Based on this,the first chapter introduces the research background,theoretical and practical significance,reviews related domestic and foreign literature from three aspects,the results of the research,research objects and methods of the research,and introduces the research methods,the main contents and innovations of the article.According to city data of FDI and urbanization in Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta from 2005 to 2014,the second chapter describes the development situation of FDI and urbanization in two areas,and puts forward some problems using FDI and urbanization development.The third chapter theoretically analyzes the different impacts of FDI on urbanization in different regions.First according to the Big Push Theory it explains FDI affects urbanization,and then analysis FDI affects urbanization development through the agglomeration effect,capital effect,wage effect,industrial structure and the government behavior.Finally in different regions,the effect degree of the five aspects is different,the effect degree on urbanization development is different.The fourth chapter empirically analyzes the different impacts of FDI on urbanization in different regions.Regarding the data of 25 cities in Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta from 2005 to 2014 as the research object,it selects the relevant variables,using panel data establishes econometric model,uses multiple regression method to obtain results of Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta.and makes comparative analysis based on the empirical results.The last chapter draws the main conclusion on the basis of empirical results.The effect of FDI on the development of urbanization is significantly positive in both Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta.The agglomeration effect,industrial structure also have significant positive effects on urbanization in two regions,but the influence of capital effect,wage effect,and the government acts are different on the urbanization in two regions.According to the main conclusions,this paper puts forward policy recommendations.Guide FDI to distribute more reasonably,and guide its investment direction,increase investment in science and education.The government should increase investment in order to attract FDI to create a good soft and hard environment,while create a diversified investment environment.
