Electric power is an important energy in the development of national economy,provides energy supply and power support for the development of various industries,the growth of production and consumption is highly correlated with economic growth.In recent years,the impact of many factors,such as the country's macroeconomic downturn,industrial restructuring and upgrading and industrial restructuring,the growth of the whole society electricity consumption slowed significantly.With the deepening of electric power system reform,competition will be the future direction of the electricity market.The power supply enterprises should regard the electric power marketing as the core business,carry out the management activities in the light of the needs of the power marketing.Need to analyze the supply and demand of the market,improve the marketing management mechanism,formulate effective marketing strategies,improve and perfect according to the change.Also,it has important significance to promote the development of the surrounding areas and promote the reform of the electric power system.This paper first analyzes the current situation and the macro environment of electricity market reform,investigates the deficiencies in the marketing of power supply enterprises in the new situation,and the influence of electric power system reform on the operation and marketing of power supply enterprises.Analysis found that in the current period of transition to competitive electricity market,there is a series of problems in the power supply enterprises of our country,such as the competition consciousness in the electric power marketing is not strong,lack of marketing management mechanism,distribution network construction relatively backward,unbalanced power supply quality,power supply reliability can not fully meet user requirements and so on.The existence of these problems,to some extent,will restrict the development of power supply enterprises.On this basis,probes into how to strengthen and perfect the electric power marketing from the aspects of service strategy and product strategy and so on.The article points out that the power supply enterprises should innovate the concept of electric power marketing,communicate with users actively,innovation the internet plus service application,carry out personalized value-added services;further strengthen the construction and transformation of transmission and distribution network,improve the quality of power products,provide differentiated power products to meet the needs of customer,build product trading information platform,carry out green product marketing and other measures to consolidate and develop the electricity market.Emphasizes the power supply enterprises must establish the strategy of electric power marketing strategy based on customer demand,market orientation and customer satisfaction maximization in order to gradually establish a competitive advantage,improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
