Human resources development,as the supply and marketing cooperation system to train talents the main way to be able to provide more outstanding talents for innovation.Depth study and efficient solution to human resource development issues,is conducive to increasing the supply and marketing cooperation system of competition chips.Long-term development process,the local supply and marketing cooperation system lack of in-depth understanding of human resources development,development experience is insufficient,therefore,often subject to various problems,the overall level of development is low.In this paper,the paper chooses the supply and marketing cooperation system of Yongzhou City in Hunan Province as an example,mainly adopts the literature method,the questionnaire survey method,the mathematical statistics method and the interview method,so as to carry on the thorough investigation and research to its human resources development present situation.The study finds that there are serious problems such as serious human resource loss,unreasonable talent structure,limited space for development,disjointed human resource development and enterprise development strategy,and humanization of human resources in the process of human resources development in Yongzhou City,Hunan Province.In the future,the author discusses the main reasons of the development of human resources,such as the lack of development concept,the lack of strong sense of human resource training,the lack of strong human resource incentive measures,the imperfect assessment system and the exit mechanism,and the lack of organizational culture Wait.Finally,according to the above problems and specific reasons,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,such as establishing a new concept of modern human resources development,strengthen the talent management team,establish a scientific staff training system,improve the rationality of talent structure,optimize the salary management system,Effectiveness,optimization of performance evaluation mechanism,the use of innovative talent to withdraw from the mechanism and strengthen the organizational culture,give full play to the role of guidance.
