Under the background of global integration degree deepening,senior intellectuals and technical personnel in promoting the rapid development of social economy,promote social productivity aspects play an irreplaceable role.Senior intellectuals and technical personnel are mainly refers to the senior intellectuals and skilled personnel technical personnel such as human resources,because of their long struggle in education,scientific research and social service,social production and other important areas,has a rich working experience and advanced skills,made great contribution to the development of society and progress.Along with these senior intellectuals and technical personnel retirement,combined with the reality of blocking these senior intellectuals and technical personnel to realize re-employment,and many other factors,leading to social development face more waste of resources.Taking liaoning retired senior intellectuals and technical personnel re-employment problem as the research object,The main purpose is to analyze the problem of re-employment of the retired senior intellectuals and technical personnel in liaoning province and on how to better use of the retired senior intellectuals and technical personnel resources,play to its important role in economic construction and social development puts forward opinions and suggestions.This article through to the liaoning province retired senior intellectuals and technical personnell re-employment related background and theory has carried on the collection and analysis,using the method of questionnaire survey in liaoning retired senior intellectuals and technical personnel re-employment analysis of current situation and existing problems.Currently,retired senior intellectuals and technical personnel in liaoning province re-employment problems including retired senior intellectuals and technical personnel re-employment intention is not strong,the channels of re-employment and re-employment policy is imperfect,lack of re-employment platform,etc,the main causes of the problems including retired senior intellectuals and technical personnel who have limitations of the idea of employment,skilled personnel re-employment of supply and demand information asymmetry,The government has not done enough to support retired senior intellectuals and technical talents are re-employed,Society is less aware of the importance of retired senior intellectual and technical personnel resources,and so on.From liaoning retired higher-education problem of skilled personnel re-employment,after careful analysis andresearch,some suggestions are put forward to improve the employment problem of retired high awareness skills in liaoning province,mainly including the retired senior intellectuals and technical personnel to improve the government and the society's cognitive level and smooth traffic of retired senior intellectuals and technical personnel re-employment information channels,formulate and improve retired senior intellectuals and technical personnel re-employment policies,establishing and perfecting retired senior intellectuals and technical personnel re-employment platform,etc.
