Study On Rural Tourism Ecological Compensation In Yongding District From The Perspective Of Rural Ecological Environment Evaluation

With the development of social economy in our country,rural tourism has become a new form of tourism development and a new hope for farmers to increase income.It is also a new driving force to promote the development of rural social economy.However,due to the weak awareness of environmental protection and other reasons,there are a series of new problems in the development of rural tourism,such as serious damage to the natural ecological environment,highlighting the phenomenon of the transition development,service facilities can ' t keep up,the environmental capacity is facing greater pressure,etc.Thus,in the current,how to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism and how to protect the ecological environment is essential.Therefore,this paper is based on the research of relevant scholars,according to the theory of ecological capital,externality,public goods and sustainable development,and takes Yongding District of Fujian Province as the research area.The paper analyzes the present situation of rural tourism and ecological compensation in Yongding district,through questionnaire survey,expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process,constructed the evaluation index system of rural tourism in Yongding district from the perspective of rural ecological environment evaluation.From the natural ecological environment,social and economic environment and the coordination of the three primary indicators of the 25 sub indicators for evaluation,this paper analyzes the influence of each evaluation index on the final evaluation result,at the same time,scores combined with the actual value of the evaluation index and concludes that the comprehensive score of Yongding rural tourism on rural ecological environment is 70.1037.It is pointed out that the production environment,air pollutant emissions,forest coverage,per capita green space,and coordination degree need to be further improved.On this basis,this paper improves the ecological compensation mechanism of rural tourism in Yongding district,clarifies the necessity and principles of ecological compensation mechanism of rural tourism in Yongding District,the way of ecological compensation for rural tourism,the subject and object of rural tourism ecology,Finally,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of system construction,social construction and economic construction,Such as sound ecological compensation laws and regulations,strengthen supervision and management,improve the financing channels and the use of funds,etc.,so as to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism in Yongding and other regions for reference.
