Service Quality Evaluation Of Agricultural Products Logistics Enterprise

With the rapid development of economy,people's material life has changed greatly.Logistics,especially the logistics of agricultural products,as a new production activities,it has changed the way most people live,more and more people began to rely on it.At the same time,along with the increase of demand for agricultural products,agricultural production and circulation of agricultural products increases day by day,the original service ability of logistics of agricultural products has been unable to meet the needs of the people,people demand for agricultural products logistics with agricultural products demand growth and increase.Therefore,how to meet the growing needs of customers for chap logistics,improve customer service quality has become a major problem faced by agricultural logistics enterprises.Therefore,how to carry out the service quality evaluation of agricultural products logistics enterprises and improve the service quality of agricultural products logistics enterprises has become a hot issue.Under this background,based on agricultural products logistics theory and service quality theory as the research foundation,to evaluate the service quality of logistics enterprise of agricultural products and agricultural products to improve the logistics service quality for the purpose of the research on construction of evaluation index system of logistics service qualiity of agricultural products and the choice of evaluation model and agricultural product logistics service quality evaluation.First of all,based on a lot of documents,to the current of the logistics enterprise service quality evaluation of agricultural products research at home and abroad are reviewed,and the related theory to analyze the specific research,including the agricultural product logistics theory and service quality theory.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical analysis,according to the SERVQUAL scale and LSQ scale factors,combined with the business process of agricultural products to find the service quality of the logistics of agricultural products,and the selection and design of evaluation index system of logistics service quality of agricultural products.The evaluation index system includes 4 first level indexes and 17 level two indexes.Then,according to the purpose of the study,combined with the relevant references,this paper constructs the evaluation model by combining the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,in order to verify the validity of the evaluation model,this paper selects H company as the empirical analysis object,evaluation to obtain relevant evaluation data of quality of service combined with the survey process,according to the evaluation results to identify the existence of the company in the customer service process,appropriate strategies and suggestions,help solve the problem,then the company improve service quality.The research results of this thesis mainly includes the following aspects,the first is to construct the evaluation index system of a scientific and reasonable agricultural logistics enterprises,to provide research ideas for subsequent research;secondly,this paper is not only in theory,combined with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct evaluation model,it is related to the selection of company to verify the practical feasibility evaluation model;finally this paper put forward relevant suggestion for H logistics company,can effectively promote the H logistics company to improve existing customer service issues,improve customer service quality,has certain feasibility.
