Enterprise Logistics Service Quality Evaluation And Improvement Of Study

In recent years, with technological progress and economical globalization, the logistics is developing rapidly, and the level of logistics has remarkable enhancement. Therefore, the enterprises chase the vision of raising the enterprises competition ability hurl in succession to logistics realm. This paper studies the evaluation and improvement of the enterprise logistics' service quality and provides the support for the enterprises to raise the effectiveness and efficiency of the service. The research contents can be concluded as follows:Firstly, the total logistics status of our country is analyzed; and then, based on the correlation investigation and research, the problems about enterprise logistics are found. All of these form the foundation of the following research.Secondly, based on other scholars' research achievements and considering the idiographic factors of the enterprises, the viable evaluation system of service quality for enterprise logistics is established. Further more, the correlative principle is analyzed and the weights of the index are determined.Thirdly, based on the evaluation system, and combining the benchmarking and Balanced Scorecard, the evaluation method is given. At the same time, the reasons why choose the elements are analyzed.At last, some opinions on the development of the service quality of the enterprise logistics in China are proposed. All of the research is helpful for the following research on the enterprise logistics; it is also helpful for the enterprises to analyze their logistics and find the right way to improve it.
