Since the 18th CPC National Congress,attaching great importance to ecological progress.General Secretary Xi Jinping,who proposed carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals in 2020.Subsequently,"the 14 th Five-Year Plan" made it clear that the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality was to be achieved as an important step in actively responding to climate change,reflecting the importance of environmental protection.At the same time,small and medium-sized enterprises are the main force of national economic and social development in our country,presenting the typical characteristics of "5,6,7,8,9".Small and medium-sized enterprises contribute 50% of tax revenue,more than 60% of GDP,more than 70% of technological innovation,more than 80% of urban employment,and more than 90% of the number of enterprises.In recent years,the state provides support to small and medium-sized enterprises from various aspects such as policies and funds to ensure their s develop,so as to ensure the healthy and stable development of the national economy.So,small and medium-sized environmental protection enterprises are constantly emerging at present,ushering in new opportunities.Environmental protection enterprises are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises in our country at present.However,small and medium-sized environmental protection enterprises are small in scale,lack of resources and have poor ability to resist risks.If they identify entrepreneurial opportunities are invalid,it will affect their survival and development,and then hinder the national economic and social development and the realization of the "double carbon" goal.Therefore,this thesis focuses on the link of entrepreneurial opportunity identification and explores the countermeasures to improve entrepreneurial opportunity identification based on the bricolage theory.This thesis takes A Environmental Protection Company as the research object,and puts forward improvement measures against the problems in the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities.First of all,on the basis of reading and sorting out the relevant literature,this thesis summarizes the theories of discovery theory and bricolage.Based on the guidance of relevant theories,the interview guide was formulated according to the information of the Company collected in the early stage,and the relevant personnel were interviewed.Then,three entrepreneurial opportunities of the Company were analyzed.On the basis of the Timmons entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation index system and the important index sequence of Jiang Yanfu and Qiu Qiong for senior entrepreneurs,the entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation index system of the Company is established from eight aspects,involving 28 items which are assigned.The entropy evaluation method is used to give evaluation to each index,and the comprehensive evaluation is carried out on this basis.At the same time,the process of identifying three entrepreneurial opportunities are analyzed.On the basis of analysis and summary,it is found that the Company has some problems in the process of identifying entrepreneurial opportunities,such as the cost issues are not adequately controlled,team capability assessments are incomplete,product disadvantage analysis is not thorough,operating capital estimates are insufficient,network relationships are imperfect,and risk tolerance judgments are inaccurate enough.Secondly,it analyzes the process of identifying entrepreneurial opportunities of domestic environmental protection enterprises and summarizes its experience.Finally,based on the theory of bricolage and the reference of advanced experience,puting forward the improvement measures for the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities of the Company.This thesis finds that small and medium-sized environmental protection enterprises can improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurial opportunity identification by bricolage.At the same time,aiming at the problems existing in entrepreneurial opportunity identification of the Company,it puts forward improvement measures from improving cost control and management,strengthening team building,improving product irreplaceable,building an efficient financial management system,and pooling external network resources of the team.Through the research of this thesis,it provides improvement measures for the Company to identify entrepreneurial opportunities,and also hopes to provide some reference for the other small and medium-sized environmental protection companies to identify entrepreneurial opportunities.
