The hub-and-spoke logistics network at domestic and abroad has been widely used in transportation network planning.With the rapidly development of modern logistics industry,transportation pay more attention to the effect of the network.At the same time,along with the influence of internet consumers not only focuses on product availability but also pay more attention to the efficiency of the products available.It puts forward higher requirements on the logistics industry,not only pay attention to the cost of reducing also should pay close attention to the time cost in logistics.The logistics industry in Yunnan province than the Chinese eastern region there is a certain gap.Over all,logistics industry development in Yunnan province faster but competitiveness is low,and the market integration degree is not high,and logistics cost is higher.The hub-and-spoke logistics network is applied to transportation network planning of Yunnan province,can make full use of the hub-and-spoke networks' advantages to improve the integration of logistics resources in Yunnan province and the utilization of logistics resources in Yunnan province,and to reduce the logistics cost.Contrast point-to-point direct transportation mode,the hub-and-spoke logistics network can come together goods to the main line and produce economies of scale.But the hub-and-spoke logistics network may exist in excrescent transportation and increasing the time cost of the goods.This article will use hub-and-spoke theory to plan logistics transportation network of Yunnan province.Through calculation and analysis we chose Yunnan province logistics center and build the hub-and-spoke logistics network.At the same time to avoid the disadvantages of hub-and-spoke logistics network,this paper builds the network from the perspective of cost and time optimization analysis and empirical research.First,we illustrate the research background and the problems existing in the logistics transportation of Yunnan province and summarize the theoretical and practical significance of the study.Then summarizes the theories at domestic and abroad about the hub-and-spoke network and summarizes three basic research aspects about the hub-and-spoke network.At last,introduce the research content and method.Second,this paper introduces basic concept and characteristics of the hub-and-spoke logistics network and analysis the operation mechanism of the hub-and-spoke network and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the hub-and-spoke network.Finally we simply introduce of modern logistics network.Third,principal component analysis(PCA)is applied to analysis the logistics status of 16 cities in Yunnan province.And then choose the logistics network hub city in Yunnan province.Then use the gravity model to determine the subordinate relations between 16 cities and build the hub-and-spoke logistics network of Yunnan province.Using optimization analysis minimizes the unreasonable transportation and reduces waiting time.Fourth,the study found that the logistics flow between nodes is unbalanced this can make the node between the not reasonable configuration of logistics resources,and led to a large number of unreasonable transportation.Logistics network of Yunnan and the node flow balance analysis,the optimization of network further.Fifth,summarizing the main research contents of the full text,and gives some suggestions to the construction of logistics network in Yunnan province.Finally,the paper studies existing deficiencies are illustrated,and proposed the further research direction.
