In the context of integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, logistics integration has become an important matter for logistics industry and regional economics. While the infrastructures are getting completed, the cost is still high and the efficiency is relatively low. Under such circumstance, optimizing the logistics structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area would increase the efficiency of functioning and resource utilizing. Being the effective structure on integration of traffic resource, lowering traffic cost, increasing operating efficiency, the axis-radiate structure should get enough attention and research, in order to optimize the whole Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (BTH) region logistics structure.In this article, we applied the four-phase method of traffic programming to flow analysis of logistics structure, fitted the cargo traffic data of BTH region, thus derived the cargo flow within the whole BTH region, analyzed the feature of BTH region cargo traffic. Along with the analysis on the infrastructure in BTH region, we reached a conclusion on the problem of the BTH region logistics structure.Aim to meet the demand of internal cargo trafficking of BTH region, combined with the analysis on the problems mentioned above, considering the influence features on cost and time efficiency in axis-radiate logistics structure, expanding the classic multiple hub spoke network model, this article conceived a model on the selection of location of the pivots and optimization of routes of the axis-radiate structure, in order to lower the cost and increase the efficiency of the logistics structure.Lastly, based on the cargo flow data of the BTH region, using the optimized logistics structure model, we selected pivot locations and distributed the trafficking routes of the BTH region, and analyzed the resulted. Considering the influence parameters have on an optimized model, we conducted sensitivity analysis of the parameters, in order to analyze and examine the model and parameter setting.
