As the trends of enterprises’ diversification and globalization push forward with demand which is promoted by the urgent need of a full range of financial,management consulting,auditing and other diversified services.Meanwhile,the number of the stock grows as well as the increasing demand of high-quality accounting services stimulated by the reform of the stock issuing system.The information age accelerates the changes and the revolutions of accounting environments and applied techniques.Guaranteeing the financial reporting’s facticity and reliability,detecting and preventing enterprises from fraud are objective demand for high-quality accounting services.Accounting firms are service-type firms which are based on the knowledge-based employee,the basic service unit is the service team,thus we chose LX accounting firm as the research object,studied the problem of service team building and service performance improving under the background of the current era.We summarized and analyzed the status quo of LX accounting firm,based on the current situation we reviewed a large range of literatures and established an indicator system attributing to the service personnel,service process and service environment.Then we interviewed several employees from different jobs and designed the questionnaire through this indicator system to evaluate the current situation of the LX accounting firm,therefore we put forward the improving advice that aiming at stimulating service personnel,optimizing service process and improving service environment.By doing so this thesis provides LX accounting firm with long-term important guidance and indeed improves the core competiveness of its service team.
