Tourists' Security Perception Influenced By Signage Interpretive System's Validity In Mountain Attractions

Signage interpretive system is an important part of the mountain attractions,which is an important medium to connect mountain attractions with tourists.Complicated mountain tourism resources,remote location of the mountain attractions,complex roads,coupled with the adaptive process of tourists in strange environment,which highlights the important role of mountain signage interpretive system during tourists' visiting.Existing research about the relationship between signage interpretive system with tourists' perception,mainly concentrated in the relationship between signage interpretive system validity with tourists' satisfaction,tourists' identity and tourists' loyalty about tourism destinations,but haven't done in-depth discussion of the internal mechanism between them.Through the literature analysis,it can be found that the validity of the signage interpretive system is related to the factors such as the degree of perceived potential threat,the emotional change,the level of knowledge acquisition,which is closely related to the factors of tourists' safety.Therefore,it is hoped that through the empirical study to verify the significant correlation between the system validity and the sense of tourists' safety,and then provide empirical support for enriching the study of tourists' perception in the scenic area.This article first elaborated the research background,the research significance as well as the research frame and the innovation point,preliminarily explores the overall research mentality.In the literature review section,the origin,classification and function of the scenic signage interpretive system are summarized;and the evaluation system of the mountain scenic area is explained;at the same time,the connotation and dimension of the tourists' safety are analyzed;preliminarily proved the intrinsic mechanism of the relationship between signage interpretive system validity and visitor 's sense of security.Under the support of literature review and theoretical basis,this paper makes a bold hypothesis and constructs the hypothesis model between the three kinds of potential variables,such as the validity of signage interpretive system,visitor's sense of control and visitor's sense of security.In order to verify the hypothesis,the maturity scale of each potential variable is adjusted,and the corresponding adjustment is made according to thepurpose of the study.Through the questionnaire release,collection and statistics,the hypothesis is tested by empirical method.The conclusions of the study are as follows:First,the signage interpretive system's validity of the mountain scenic area can be used to extract into three dimensions as the validity of the safety warning system,the validity of the space guidance system and the validity of the attraction interpretive system,The validity of signage interpretive system has a significant positive impact on the sense of tourists' security;Second,the validity of signage interpretive system has a significant positive impact on the sense of tourists' control;Third,the sense of tourists' control has a significant positive impact on the sense of tourists' security;Forth,the sense of tourists' control plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the validity of signage interpretive system and the sense of tourists' security.According the conclusions above,some reasonable recommendations had been given arise to improve the validity of signage interpretive system in mountain attractions.
