Foodscape as an important part of urban tourism landscape,the ever-changing diet style has created different regional food culture characteristics,highlighting the city's personality and temperament,which contains a wealth of cultural heritage.Under the background of experience economy,due to the rise of cultural tourism,food consumption has gradually changed from the enjoyment to the experience of catering culture.Catering culture has increasingly become the cultural soft power of competition among tourist destinations.At present,the research on tourism and catering landscape at home and abroad mainly focuses on the development of gourmet tourism,and there are few researches on Tourism Food scape evaluation.With the continuous development of the urban food landscape,this paper examines the status of the catering landscape molding from the perspective of tourists,and analyzes and discusses the improvement of the food landscape,which is significant to shape the personality of the city,to enhance the competitiveness of the city tourism,to create a characteristic tourism food landscape,to stimulate the new tourism economic growth point,and to promote the sustainable development of urban tourism.In the field of theoretical research,this paper first collate and analyze the research results of scholars at home and abroad on landscape,tourist landscape,tourism landscape perception and food landscape,and made a literature review,and put forward the corresponding views on the basis of literature review.Secondly,from the perspective of tourists' perception of food landscape,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of this study.In terms of empirical research,the food landscape in Yangzhou is taken as an empirical research object.On the basis of the previous research results,this paper analyzes the composition of the food landscape,combs the existing food landscape in Yangzhou,and discusses the present situation of Yangzhou's food landscape and tourism development.Based on the actual situation and the tourism value of food landscape in Yangzhou and the theoretical research,it designs the questionnaire and corresponding survey of tourists' perception.The research program,according to the survey data using SPSS 17,0 statistical analysis tool,using factor analysis method to get the three main major factors of the Yangzhou food landscape tourists' expectation perception evaluation,and construct the index system of Yangzhou tourism food landscape perception measurement.We use variance analysis to analyze the differences of tourists' perceptions of different demographic characteristics.At the same time,this paper uses IPA analysis to find out the problems of shaping and developing tourism food landscape in Yangzhou.Finally,based on the results of statistical analysis,the strategies for improving the tourism food landscape of Yangzhou are put forward.
