With the continuous deepening of "promoting national Belt and Road Initiative"strategy and the reform of state-owned enterprises,state-owned logistics enterprise merger and reorganization become a major event affecting the industry,according to company resources at all levels are carried out in accordance with the plan everything in good order and well arranged.Taking KY company as the representative of the state-owned logistics enterprises in the background of reform,how to optimize the allocation of the competitiveness of enterprises to form their own resources integration,and in the state-owned enterprise to establish the positioning of their own enterprises becoming the business problem.The current business model is affected by the development of the Internet economics,all the business's developments need in-depth understanding of customer needs and to create personalized service system has become an inevitable trend in the development of commercial services.But the existing studies focus on the service supply chain coordination between the functional classification of resources and functions between departments,this paper combined with the background of business model development,research and explore the coordination of resources focus on customer demand characteristics.Through the selection of KY Cooperation and focusing on the analysis of the case of KY Cooperation,the analysis and demonstration of the optimal allocation of resources for customers with different needs.The purpose of this study is to find out how to integrate the supply chain resources to create a competitive supply chain Based on the above problems,this paper explores how to summarize the operation experience of enterprises and form their own high quality service supply chain product and resource integration capabilities to form sustainable competitiveness.Through the investigation of two cases of KY company in the event are as follows:(1)the operating characteristics of business always focus on business strategy and market management strategy of the enterprise;(2)the service supply chain operation mode reflects the global enterprise resource operation means(3)to demand characteristic analysis to guide the demand,is the key point of the global supply chain service resource management,multi-channel integration of resources and focus on the construction of company core ability of intensive network and is an effective way to supply and demand matching.(4)in terms of resource management,the stability of the strategic objectives,the professional management team is a strong guarantee for the efficiency of management,but also a strong support for sustainable competitive advantage.In the background of state-owned enterprise reform of state-owned logistics enterprises,found that the following innovative results:(1)revealed that the state-owned logistics enterprises engaged in international transport agency business enterprise resource advantages and resource management strategies(2)the relationship between enterprise resource integration and combing their own core ability construction.In the case study,we found that:in the process of shaping the competitive advantage of enterprises and the integration and upgrading of enterprise resources,it is very important to analyze the characteristics of the operation of the company and target customer positioning.Starting from the customer demand characteristics and business resources,will develop a global resource integration scheme of service supply chain will make resource allocation oriented results and give play to the greatest advantage of the resource itself,thus completing the enterprise strategic management objectives.These findings can be used for reference for the state-owned enterprises and the same type of enterprises.
