A Study On Industrial Structure Adjustment In Jinzhou Under The Low Carbon Economy

Since the year of 2012,the haze has indeed went into the public view,the explosion of pm2.5 index of cities in China has raised the public's attention,and the number of haze days is increasing exponentially at a dramatic rate.The sources of haze are mainly come from industrial emissions pollution,urban construction dust,the hermal power which takes coal as its fuel,the metallurgy and the chemical industry.The global non-renewable resources are limited,thus the imbalance of supply and demand rung alarm bells for the energy security.At the same time,a good development of Chinese economy have to depends on the industrail optimization.Therefore,how to realize the optimization of industry structure that under the low carbon economy has become the only way for the harmonious development of economy and environment.Jin Zhou,lying in the central position of "Liao Simon east economic zone",as the key support object of the revitalization of old industrial bases,is facing an arduous task of industrial restructuring.So,explore the economic concept of recycle development actively,change the way of economic growth,optimize the industial structure that based on low carbon economy has become imperative.The mode of "low carbon economy",which featured by "low pollution,low energy,high efficiency,"can provide new development ideas and methods of solving the problems of high energy consumption and severe pollution,also the new direction and motivation of industial structure transformation in Jin Zhou.With the perspective of low carbon economy,taking Jinzhou as the study area,focusing on the industrial structure adjustment,this paper aims at studying the industial stucture adjustment that under the back ground of low carbon by using SWOT analysis method,exploring the existing problems.Additionally,studying the relationship,combined with grey correlation degree,between carbon emissions and industrial structure,understanding the correlation degree between carbon emissions in the process of economic development and the industrial structure in depth.Then,grasping the deep connection between the two aspects,and analyzing the inner mechanism of the influence of the city's economic development.In order to realize the social economy harmonious and sustainable development in Jin Zhou,the paper puts forward some specific strategies of optimization finaly.There are six parts in this study,the first part is introduction,and it mainly introduces the background of choosing topic,the purpose and the significance of the study.Also,the definition of low carbon economy and industrial structure and the present research at home and abroad included in part one.Besides,this part illustrates the research train of thought and framework,the possible innovation and deficiency.The second part mainly introduces the concept of flow carbon economy,development mode,the difference and collection with other patern of economy,in addition,the relationship between low carbon economy and industrial structure.The third part mainly introduces the regional overview,energy consumption and pollutant emissions,energy consumption and pollutant emissions,the analysis of present industrial structure of Jin Zhou.According to the present situation of industrial structure,the fourth part carrys on a SWOT analysis to Jin Zhou,and finding out the existing strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and the possible challenges.The fifth part analyzes the correlation degree between carbon emissions intensity and industrial strutureby using the empirical analysis of grey correlation and explores its internal relation and the nature of the associatio.On the basis of the fourth and fifth part,the sixth part analyzes the problems existing in the industrial structure in Jin Zhou,optimizing strategies and those industry sectors which needed to be regulated and developed,furthermore,exploring a better way of industrial structure adjustment under the environment of low carbon.
