| Economic development is changing with each passing day,and the crisis between energy and economy is becoming more and more prominent.How to use limited energy to maximize economic benefits is a proposition of the times.For a long time,industry has been the main force of China’s energy consumption,and energy consumption accounts for about 70% of the country’s total energy consumption.Solving the problem of industrial energy utilization is an important way to develop a dual-carbon economy.However,at this stage,Jiangxi is facing a serious energy crisis.Energy is regarded as the blood of the industry and is the primary problem of Jiangxi’s industrial economic development.During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,how will Jiangxi build a new highland for industrial development? It is very important to effectively improve the efficiency of industrial energy utilization.This can not only ease the relationship between energy,economy and environment in Jiangxi,and help the dual-carbon economy to burst into vitality,but also help accelerate the construction of a new pattern of industrial development in Jiangxi and realize the dual-carbon transformation of the industry.upgrade.In the context of the dual-carbon economy,this paper conducts an evaluation and research on the industrial energy utilization efficiency of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province from 2016 to 2020.Firstly,based on the actual situation of industrial energy in Jiangxi Province and the research status of related scholars,a relatively reasonable evaluation index system and evaluation model of industrial energy utilization efficiency are constructed;Static and dynamic analysis of industrial energy utilization efficiency in11 prefectures and cities;then,using grey relational analysis theory to explore the impact of five environmental factors such as openness,technological innovation,industry scale,industrial structure and energy consumption ratio on the industrial energy of 11 prefectures and cities in Jiangxi Province.The grey correlation degree of energy utilization efficiency.Finally,based on the above empirical analysis,relevant suggestions for improving industrial energy utilization efficiency in Jiangxi Province are put forward from the perspectives of industrial structure optimization,technological innovation investment,and energy structure adjustment.Cooperation and other aspects put forward safeguard measures in order to provide reference for the improvement of industrial energy utilization efficiency in Jiangxi Province,the smooth realization of the "dual carbon" strategic goal and the development of a dual carbon economy in Jiangxi Province,in addition,this study can also provide a methodological reference for the evaluation of industrial energy utilization efficiency in other provinces. |
