Research On Mass Customization Of The Supply Chain Coordination Management

Because the changing of the market demand gradually to the diversification and specialization,the traditional production mode to insufficient to cope with fierce competition in the market environment,in the face of such challenges,mass customization as a kind of can satisfy the practical production operation requirement of operation mode,to adapt to the changing market environment and personalized needs,at the same time through the supply chain each link closely,cooperative and win-win,improves the competitiveness of the supply chain under the mass customization.As a kind of innovation management mode of mass customization,cannot leave each link of the supply chain collaboration,its coordination management research becomes the important subject in academic and corporate research together.In this paper,the structure of supply chain collaborative management of mass customization can be divided into three levels,namely the strategic orientation of synergy,tactical operations layer of synergy and technical support layer of synergy.On this basis,the vertical and horizontal coordination of the supply chain coordination as a starting point for building model respectively,and starting from the overall system of collaborative system can be divided into five subsystems,through the relationship between the five subsystems for clues,puts forward the supply chain collaboration each other in the five subsystems in the process of cooperative mode and operation mechanism,through the model of the building to deepen the research of supply chain coordinated management of mass customization.Under the basis of the theory of colearning,the paper builds a model for the collaborative measurement of the system in order of the subsystem order and mass customization.First select multiple index data to filter,then through calculation and analysis with composite entropy weight method for target assignment,effectively avoid the subjectivity of the data and improve the scientific indicators.Finally,the collaborative measurement model and the operation method were explored through the practical cases of large-scale custom enterprises.The overall system synergy compares and analyses the trend chart by subsystem coordination degree is calculated to determine the overall supply chain coordination degree.This measure not only enriches and improves the supply chain theory,but also provides practical theoretical guidance for the cooperation of large-scale custom enterprises.
